OK the phones ringing what do i do? HUMM!!! Maybe pick the damn thing up!! What a good idea!! Not just sit there and stare at it like it”s an alien life form speaking a foreign languge. Also dont start to pick it up and take your time waiting to see if somebody gets it before you do. i mean if your scarred to pick it up because you dont know how to do your job do us all a favor and QUIT!
