I am sick and tired hearing about Mexico. Been there done that now move on. You think that tan is so fantastic well your over 54 and your skin looks like my shoes. Actually my shoes look much softer. You think you are the best agent, well you are the best at making mistakes that I have to fix all day long. Wrong dates, wrong flights wrong price, wrong credit card, name mispelled, wrong hotel, didn’t send the email. Pay attention it’s not a race to see how fast you can get off the phone it’s about SERVICE! I spend 1/2 of my day fixing all your errors then you get pissed if some client requests my service and askes for me. Oh there must be something wrong with that client so you mock them. Get over yourself better yet move back to Canada….and give a American a job.
