Have you ever had this guy in your office when you say out loud an idea in your boss and right after he says, wow I had though of that minutes ago and I wanted to say the same thing. Or when he doesn’t understands something he totatlly rejects it because he is an idiot?
I am sure you had. How you handle him or her? There are times where I just ignore him or other times I mocke him.
Why the hell all these people are so insecure and instead of being productive and look their own job interefere with other people’s job or go gossiping around?
