I work with a woman who types louder than she needs to. POUNDS the space bar every time unnecessarily. Look, I grew up on a manual typewriter and I remember when you had to hit the keys a little harder, but those days are over. Also, she works late every night, even when there’s no work. Her office is a mess..which gives the illusion she’s busy. It’s all an act. On top of it, she’s extremely rude. Just an all-around unpleasant person.
Well, it's eight months later and this bitch is still here. She types louder than ever! My only solace is that I've had several people from the office approach me and say, "How do you stand that?" They are now complaining about her typing! She has been here so long there really isn't much we can do..and she's one of those people who wouldn't feel badly for irritating so many people; she'd get defensive and say it's her right to type how she wants to. So inconsiderate!!! At least I know now I have people who see her the same way.
One year later; she's still here, still pounding away. The only solace I have is that several other co-workers have acknowledged how rude and unpleasant this bitter woman is.
Thank God All Mighty! She finally left! You have no idea how much lighter this office feels. EVERYONE has said how much nicer the office seems. This person was truly a cancer and now we’re in remission!
