I work in claims. I am relatively new 6mos with this company. I needed help to figure out why a claim is open in our client system yet closed in ours. I called my claims clearing administator to figure out why. All he could tell me is he is not the claims coordinator; my title. He later send a fucked up email telling me that he spent way too much time “helping” me and which he shouldn’t have to. He put all the blame on me and telling me I screwed up without any evidence. fuck you Marcus you sacastic twit. You’re the fucking clown in the office.
