Co-worker of mine. She ALWAYS is bugging me, how do you do this, how do you do that, what do I do here, what do I do there, can I do this, can I do that. Comes to me for guidance on dealing with someone she doesn’t like. Then she gets bossy with me? Anyone see what’s wrong with this picture? Not only that, she’ll give me these damsel in distress statements to try and make me feel bad, example “you should help a girl out blah blah blah”. She does hit because I started getting annoyed when she would ask me questions instead of figuring things out on her own. She treats me like a procedures manual because that’s what I am right? She lacks the ability to work independantly and wants me to do it for her. Like I said, she turns around and is bossy. The last few weeks I get attitude from her now. As if I’ve been mean to her or something. Anyone see what’s wrong with this picture? She can’t work independantly like she is expected to and she hates me for it because I don’t “take her hand (back to the damsel in distress bs)” and do it for her.
