My coworker today freaked out because she didn’t want to take the time to learn how to do a new task. This task requires concentration so it can be confusing when trying to learn it. Anyway, I was taking time out of my day to explain this task and before I could even fully explain, she freaked out saying that she will never understand how to do it and I now have to do said task from now on. She then grabbed all her papers, started saying that everything is my problem, shoved her papers in her drawer and then stormed out of the office and went home! She actually was so mad, she went home for the rest of the day! I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t say anything mean at all! All I did was try to explain how to do it! She is the type of person that runs away from her problems and she actually “ran away” from this one. Tomorrow is going to be interesting….
