I work in quite a corporate housing organization with over 1000 employees; currently as a project lead on secondment and I regret it! I’m constantly made to feel like an idiot by senior co workers right through to directors because the projects which are IT projects aren’t getting anywhere. Now this isn’t my fault because IT department are ultimately responsible and I’m stuck between them and my management team. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m young (25) and they’re well in their 40s plus. I’m not an idiot but these projects aren’t giving me opportunity to prove myself because everyone has conflicting demands and at times these horrible people make me want to cry that’s how low I feel because of them. I hate them all.
