I hate my coworker

I am in charge of Client Acquisition for my organization. Me and the other Client Acquisition guy is to get clients for around 14 delivery guys. This is pretty much a target based job, while my targets for the quarter is 1.2 m in revenues, the delivery guys have average targets of around 1.5k.

While five of the delivery guys would be earning their incentives, we are left out to dry.
