It took three meetings to initiate the plan to post this

Before I get up to go to the bathroom, I guarantee someone is going to want to hold a meeting to plan for the execution of my trip to the bathroom. Wouldn’t want to miss anything in our full analysis of the benefits and potential devastation involved in my getting up and going to the toilet.

For a department whose sole job is to complete particular projects on a tight timeline, you’d think our process would be refined and that we wouldn’t need to have pointless meeting after meeting. To talk. And talk. And talk. About planning for the project, about the plan we need to plan the execution plan for our project plan. One day we may execute the execution plan so the project can be executed. As well as my co-workers.

But I’m off to another meeting to discuss our plan of action for the meeting later this afternoon.
